How we handle your data — in plain language.

Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, coaching niche, and message you provide. We store these in our CRM (Airtable) and use them only to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry.
Booking a call. Calls are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter (such as your name and email) under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details to prepare for and hold the call.
Anonymous site statistics. We count page views and clicks on this site (for example, how many people watch our training video). These counters are fully anonymous, use no cookies, and contain no personal data.
Ad attribution. If you arrive via one of our ads, the link may contain campaign tags (UTM parameters). We store these for the duration of your visit and, if you contact or book with us, alongside your enquiry — so we know which of our ads work. They identify the ad, not you.
Marketing cookie (Meta Pixel) — only with your consent. If you accept cookies in our banner, we load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and may share visit data with Meta Platforms. If you decline, the Pixel is never loaded. See Meta's privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time:
Embedded videos. Some pages embed videos from YouTube. Playing them may cause YouTube (Google) to set cookies under its own privacy policy.
Hosting. This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) in server logs to deliver the site securely.
We process contact and booking data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. The Meta Pixel runs only on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the button above.
We use these processors: Airtable (CRM), Calendly (scheduling), Netlify (hosting), Meta Platforms (advertising, consent-based), and Google/YouTube (embedded video). Some are based in the United States; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer retention is required (for example, for administration). Anonymous statistics are kept indefinitely — they contain no personal data.
